Eclipse Child Bereavement Service
We are a service based in Staffordshire, that seeks to support children and young people aged 5 - 18, through the grieving process.
We can assist children in working with their feelings safely as they grieve. It is never too soon or too late to help a bereaved child. We can be involved immediately in the aftermath of a bereavement, or a child may be referred years after the loss occurs.
As we work within the school setting we would require that both family/carers and the school agree to our involvement.

Edward's Trust
Edward Dent died aged seven years. Through the pain and grief of their loss his parents, Peter and Hilary Dent decided to try and help other families. Edward's Trust was set up in 1989 to fulfil that very personal mission.
Edward's Trust offers more than bereavement counselling to the individuals and families we support. Counselling is an important part of our work - all the staff have counselling qualifications and we are an organizational member of the British Association for Counselling. We are 'Person Centred" and believe that this is fundamental to our work.
Support is offered to anyone affected by the death of a child 18 or under, however, the death has occured. Edwards Trust accepts referrals from West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire areas.
